Our Banking Department has a leading position in the West of Ireland market, and we act for most of the major domestic banks in relation to commercial lending transactions.

We advise banks on a daily basis in relation to secured and unsecured credit facilities and commercial lending transactions. We prepare, negotiate and put in place the appropriate credit and security documentation for the particular facility, and also advise banks on the structure of the facility.

We have also acted for borrowers in a large range of banking transactions.
